Booking Rules
- Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00
- During high season (June 1 - August 31, October 11-18, December 20 - January 3), only full week bookings from Saturday to Saturday are accepted
- Maximum 9 guests plus 1 infant in crib
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 48 hours
- The booking is binding once confirmed by us
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus administrative fee of 500 SEK
- Cancellation 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price is refunded
- Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: No refund
- No-show: No refund
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance
House Rules
- No smoking inside the cabin - smoking is only allowed outdoors
- Pets are not allowed
- Parties and events are not permitted
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00
- The cabin must be left in a tidy condition
- Garbage must be sorted according to Swedish recycling guidelines
- The sauna must be used responsibly and according to instructions
- Firewood is provided - please use it responsibly
- Please report any damages immediately
Liability
Please note the following regarding liability:
- Guests are liable for any damage to the property or inventory caused during the stay
- The owner is not responsible for personal injuries, theft, or damage to guest property
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times
- Use of the sauna, fireplace, and outdoor areas is at your own risk
- The owner reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately in case of violation of house rules
Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% is due upon booking confirmation
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival
- The cleaning fee must be left in cash in the mailbox on departure
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer
- All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK)
